Fort Smith, Arkansas (February 28, 2025) – The Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders (GFSAHB) is proud to announce the start of the 2025 Showcase Home, a premier example of craftsmanship and innovation in residential construction. The official groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM at 1101 Hunter Drive, Bryorwood Subdivision, Barling, Arkansas. This year’s Showcase Home is being built by Donnie Wise of Don Wise Construction, a builder in the region known for his commitment to quality and excellence. The project is made possible through the generous support of Arkansas Oklahoma Gas, Firstar Bank, Waco Title, BHC Insurance, and Wise Baker Real Estate Group of KW Platinum, who have partnered with GFSAHB to bring this vision to life.
